River River approaches live video mixing from a filmic perspective rather than the more flashy style of video mixing commonly associated with the somewhat stigmatic term “vj”.

Working primarily with plants, water, sky, lanscape, interiors, macro imagery and ambient light to create a shifting ambient visual environment.
From single image video backdrops to immersive multi projector setups, each installation and performance is uniquely suited to the the sound and environment.
